Have a Maternital History of Twins

Unfortunately you have no control over this, but if you happen to have a history of twins on your mother’s side, this could increase your chance of having twins yourself. The twins tend to be fraternal, not identical.

Take Fertility Drugs or Fertility Treatments

These procedures help in further ovulation and fertility treatments have an increased rate of multiples.
